Gavin Swan - Director
Gavin Swan has a bachelor’s degree in business, a master’s degree in commerce, and is a member of several professional bodies including CPA Australia, the National Institute of Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Gavin has become well known for his ability to explain complex tax issues in layman’s terms and his extensive knowledge of tax law. He has the rare ability to quickly identify the cause of business issues, develop the solutions and save the business thousands of dollars in tax, all while explaining the process in a language the client can easily understand. Gavin also is on board committees with both the ATO and CPA.
Katrina Watson - Senior Accountant
Katrina is one of our Senior Accountants who looks after all aspects of Business and Individual Clients including Companies, Trusts and Partnerships.
Katrina is our ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) and ASIC connect expert, which involves incorporation and compliance of all statutory requirements. Katrina can assist you with setting up your business entity including business names, ABNs and recording keeping requirements.
Katrina is certified in Xero and has extensive MYOB knowledge.
Helen Gifford-Cock - Senior Accountant
Helen is one of our Senior Accountants responsible for Small Business Clients, complex Individuals and Self Managed Super Funds.
Helen has completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, and then undertook further study to obtain the Chartered Accountant qualification.
Helen works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Kiarne Randall - Practice Manager
Kiarne has been with Absolute Accounting Services since July 2011. Kiarne first started with us as our receptionist, but now runs the office.
Kiarne is the main contact point for all Admin, Human Resources and Bookkeeping queries at Absolute Accounting Services.
Kiarne is certified in Xero and has extensive MYOB knowledge.
Since having her first baby in 2017, Kiarne now works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Yasmina Hill - Receptionist
Yasmina started with our firm in 2017 as receptionist. She has a very friendly personality and professional attitude.
Yasmina is well equipped to find the right person for your situation.
Amy Kennedy - Accountant
Amy joined our team in February 2019.
Amy is one of our Accountants who completes with Sole Trader, Individual Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements.

Sam works Monday to Thursday.
Megan Barr - Adminstration
Megan started with our firm in 2017 as an administration assistant. She works in our office on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Megan does all the ASIC Annual Reviews and she is able to help with administration tasks you may have.
